Wrestling had a very successful weekend in the Div. 3
Central Sectionals: Good luck to them all heading into this weekend!-Senior Jordan Paecht was a Sectional Champion at 126 lb.wt.class making Jordan a 3 time Champion -Senior Rob Mejia was the runner up at 152 lb. wt class -Senior Austin Barrett was also runner up at 220 lbs. -Freshman Sam Goldberg was runner up at 120 lb. wt. class -Junior Konnor Kozubal placed 3rd at 113 lbs -Junior Paul Jameson placed 4th at 106 lb. wt. class -Junior Eric Jacobson placed 5th at 160 lbs.- Senior Ryan Dwinell placed 6th at 145 lbs Holliston was the Team Runner up to Team Champion Wayland At the State Tournament Held in Foxboro this past weekend 6 Holliston wrestlers placed in top 8 spots with 5 moving on to Allstate Tourney being held at Toungas Center this Friday and Saturday. Sam Goldberg , Jordan Paecht , Rob Mejia , and Austin Barrett all placed 3rd in their respective weight classes while Paul Jameson placed 6th and Eric Jacobson placed 8th with the top 6 moving on to Allstates. Holliston as a team placed 4th overall. |
